Gilbetron Recommends
Have you ever gone to see a movie that your friend told you so was “da bomb,” and later walked out of the theatre shaking your head in disappointed agreement? The unfortunate truth is that there’s no accounting for taste. One man’s precious jewels are another man’s trash.
I suppose the primary conceit of this section is the assumption that I am the exception to the rule. Since it’s the exception that ultimates proves the rule, I volunteer to be that exception. Here’s what I mean: You will never be disappoted by these recommendations. There’s nothing relative about it. If it’s a Gilbetron Pick, it’s a winner. It’s practically a guarantee.
